Residential Services

Community Living Care Inc.’s (CLC) Residential Program is the cornerstone service of the agency. This service for intellectually disabled adults began in 1988, in Greensburg PA. The agency opened as a residential provider with a single home and the administrative office located in the basement of that home.

Home & Community Based Support

HOME & COMMUNITY BASED SUPPORT

Community Living Care’s Home-Based Waiver Program offers services to people with Intellectual Disabilities, within the person’s home and community. Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) work with people on multi-level tasks that are designed to fit the person’s individual need and schedule.

Community Participation Support

COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION SUPPORT

Community Living Care Inc. (CLC) offers day services for people with disabilities and special needs. This is a licensed service provided to people who are age 18 or older who have a diagnosis of an intellectual disability.

Transportation

Transportation

Community Living Care’s Transportation Program provides transportation for people diagnosed with Intellectual Disabilities from their primary address to their place of day service or work. Our fleet includes handicapped accessible vehicles. All routes are designed to ensure the time spent in the vehicle is minimal.

Behavioral Support

Behavioral Support

Community Living Care Inc. (CLC) offers behavior services which provide specialized supports for persons aged 21 and over, with intellectual disabilities who may experience emotional and/or behavioral barriers as they navigate through their day.
